  DO NOT RENT HERE. I rented a two bed room for several years. Prices have gone up, service quality and staff quality have gone down, HARD!
  
  Maintenance reacts quickly...unless its a holiday. Had my dishwasher overflow on a July 4th weekend, no response. Didn't get a response until I followed up with the Office days later, they were completely unaware. Maintenance will also leave your front door unlocked and wide open for anyone to walk in. Came home from work at 7pm on a weeknight to that; who knows how long it was like that for!!
  
  Office staff are extremely impolite, very little interest in helping you unless you're giving them money.
  
  Neighborhood is noisy. Crime is going up really fast - DO NOT GO PAST THE PARK AFTER DARK! THERE HAVE BEEN SHOOTINGS! Firetrucks will drive down the street at least once a day. There was a house PURPOSEFULLY set on fire last summer, the outside of it is still charred, 6 months later.
